Aluminum Sliding Glass Doors

 

CGI's Estate Collection Sliding Glass Door is designed and constructed in such a way that puts it in a class all to its own.

This best in class Sliding Glass Door is available in many sizes and configurations including two track (up to 4 panels) and three track (up to 6 panel) configurations with our without pocketed doors and is available with individual door panels as large as 5 x 10. The Estate Sliding Glass Door includes standard features not found in competitive products such as the commercial grade deadbolt hook lock, cast keeper, tandem stainless steel rollers with precision bearings, a screen that is built as tough as many door panels and an easy to install frame without complex trims or covers, providing an over-all clean design. Available standard hardware finishes are Satin Nickel PVD, Dark Bronze (simulating Oil Rubbed Bronze) and White.

Large Missile:

  • ½" thick laminated
  • 1" thick insulated laminated
  • Interlayer used Vanceva Storm™ or SentryGlas™ Plus


Small Missile:

  • ½" thick laminated
  • 1" thick insulated laminated
  • Interlayer used: 0.060 PVB Saflex® or Butacite® Clear, tinted and energy efficient LoE glass options are available with this product.

  • ¾ inch diameter, 10 inch center, handle options with escutcheon available in Satin Nickel PVD, Dark Bronze (simulating Oil Rubbed Bronze) and White
  • Stainless steel tandem rollers with precision bearings in stainless steel housing
  • Maximum security (Commercial grade) hook bolt lock with all stainless steel mechanism
  • Custom cast stainless steel heavy duty keeper
  • Stainless steel fasteners
  • Interior brass cylinder thumb turn
  • Heavy duty head mounted round door stop with rubber bumper

Standard Accessories

  • Clear Class I anodized tubular aluminum sill track with internal drain chamber
  • Sill track is designed to facilitate the use of tiles on exterior side of door.
  • Interior sill track face trim (waterbar) is painted to match door frame for 9 or 12 PSF water resistance
  • Extruded snap on glazing beads
  • Strong structural glazing
  • Strong screen frame for two track applications
  • Extruded screen frame with Super View™ fiberglass mesh. Our Super-View™ see-through screen material provides strong construction and clearer, unobstructed views. Our screens are constructed using a sturdy extruded frame design in place of typical thinner roll-formed aluminum screens.
